The Homestead was trespassed into it on May 25, 2007 while Daniel Pavon Cuellar was in Mexico by Samantha Jennifer Lowry and 8 people total to steal everything, even a collection of Art of 1732 Masterpieces by the Artist Dapacu, the trespassing was aided by the Austin Police Department.
By reason of an affair of Samantha Lowry with Andrew Westbrook, (Austin Police Department Detective).

This case has become international and has exposed an international organized crime network who uses influences and exploitation of Children to obtain millions by fraud.

THE TRESPASSING INTO 7005 WHISPERING CREEK SCENIC BROOK ESTATES OAK HILL TEXAS:

The trespassing took place on May 25, 2007 by Samantha Jennifer Lowry, an illegal alien in Texas and 8 people total who trespassed into such homestead in Scenic Brook Estates. The theft started immediately and even records were stolen and used for fraud.

The theft includes not only the theft of 1732 Masterpieces stolen of the Artist Dapacu, but also the homestead of 7005 Whispering Creek Drive in Austin Texas 78736 that was purchased by Daniel Pavon Cuellar on 1997, also the theft in secret of all assets, bank accounts, real estate and much more of the elderly parents of Daniel (Around 80 years of age) who, once the father of Daniel found of the fraud committed against him and his wife, immediately hired an attorney: Mark Ray Hernandez from Hernandez and Simpson.
